Mammalinda Restaurant

Today, Carlos Salvador, Commerce Bank, and I lunched at Mammalinda Argentinean restaurant, not far from the 55th St and 6th Avenue Commerce Bank branch. Carlos had empanada, Argentinean steak, and espresso with leche caliente (hot milk). I dined on moist mussels, delicious linguine, and also espresso with leche caliente. For an appetizer, I chose my favorite, hearts of palm salad. When I mentioned Cuba Libre to the waiter, he brought me one, on the house! (coca cola and rum). Worth this visit alone!

At Mammalinda Tango music can be seen and heard on video and speakers. You will feel like you're in a corner of Argentina. Before I left, I purchased pumpkin jam and crackers, plus Pepito chocolate chip cookies for a visit to Chicago, where these delicacies were well-received.

Mammalinda Argentinean Restaurant is open every day:
Sunday-Thursday, 12 noon to 11 PM
Friday-Saturday, 12 noon to 12 midnight
